The semi-long story:

Since we decided to make the community free, we’ve run into some issues with the platform we’ve chosen, Fourthwall. To keep the membership “free,” but also private, we've had to set up discount codes that still required you to share your credit card info and still get charged one month or one year from now if we forgot to provide another discount code. The more we thought about it, the more it did not sit well with us.

Since the community is still in its early stages, we want to make the switch to Patreon now so we don’t have a mess down the road. When you get a chance, please join the Get Shameless Community Chest at patreon.com/getshameless and click on the Join for Free button:
All the existing content has already been moved over and sorted via Collections.

You will still be able to DM us directly to maintain additional privacy and anonymity and Patreon also has community chats so we can more easily interact with each other as money buddies too!

We know admin/forms/new logins are not fun, and we don't love adding to the pile, but now that we're clear on our vision and intentions, we feel good about building this community on Patreon.
